There is full service camping, electric hookup camping and unlimited dry camping at the fairgrounds. Remote camping is available at Bourquin's Campground. Motels, shopping and restaurants are located within 2 miles of the fairgrounds. The Prairie Museum of Art and History is a major attraction in Colby, and boasts the famous Kuska doll and glassware collection, and the largest barn in Kansas. In addition to unique stores in downtown Colby, the Southwind Plaza (formerly Whites Factory Outlet) has recently reopened, featuring unique shops and Kansas gifts. |
